This page is dedicated to the exploration of beats and grooves. The music collected hereis full of chunky beats influenced by dub, dubstep breakbeat, trance, techno, house and electro. Some artist and label information can be found at the bottom.
i approach music from an organic viewpoint, though most of what i listen to is electronically produced. The texture of real instruments is a characteristic all its own, but in general i judge music by how it sounds, not how it was made.
Below is a collection of sets mixed by myself, with some guest appearances.

(75 min/70Mb) April '00 This is a set i did the day after an amazing outdoor party in the Santa Cruz Mts. It starts out with some dubby breaks, moves into dub trance and on into some tribal and lightly groovy trance.
